To check if a programmer works with IC-Prog you can use the following method: First check your hardware with other software. If this doesn't work then it is a hardware problem. If it works look at the settings (which signals are inverted) and apply them to IC-Prog. In IC-Prog there is a Hardware Check menu, which you can use to check every signal on a programmer. If you enable a signal (for example DataOut) then you can measure the DataOut signal externally and see if it is 5v or not. (Note: Inverted signals are inverted...) So you can check every individual signal in IC-Prog. The last setting is the I/O Delay setting. If your hardware doesn't work properly then you can increase this setting. It is normally about 4, but you may increase it if necessery. This should be enough information, to check your hardware with IC-Prog. Bonny,
